What do we manufacture in Soniasa?

We manufacture parts or components using fine blanking technology. Due to their tolerances and precision required, these products are not feasible to attain through conventional stamping and so we use fine blanking processes to achieve the required finishes and quality.

What is the manufacturing process of our products?

Starting from a steel coil and using a die or matrix, we manufacture a wide variety of components, most of them for the automotive sector.

After the stamping or fine blanking process, second operation processes are carried out such as bending, sanding or vibrating processes to finish the pieces, heat treatments to add hardness, and resistance surface treatment, as well as plastic overmoldings.

How long does it take to create the mold?

We usually need three to five months between designing the mold and making it.

How do we design your product processes?

We obtain the design from the drawing of the part or component provided by our clients, who are offered shared engineering to achieve technical and cost-effective feasibility.

Once we have the final drawing of the component, we define the processes to carried out according to its specific requirements.

What technology do we count on?

We have presses with technology for fine blanking works from 100 to 450 tons, which allow us to make products from 1mm to 10mm of thickness, in addition to conventional presses for second operations -not incorporated in the initial matrix-
vibrators and sanders for the processes of finishing, as well as control devices for presence control or for parts with a non-heat treatment requirement.
