Whether we start from a bar or a tube (both in steel or aluminum) or an extruded aluminum profile, we can make the cut (straight or slanted) as well as all the machining required by the client (cutting, chamfering, drilling, threading, milled, rolled, boring, knurling, etc).

After the cutting and machining processes, washing, rotofinishing, vibrating or shot blasting processes are carried out to finish the parts, as well as surface treatments or plastic overmolding when required.

This always depends on the complexity of the part. We usually need two to four months, between the design and the making of the tools.

We obtain the design from the drawing of the part or component provided by our clients, who are offered shared engineering to achieve technical and cost-effective feasibility.

Once we have the final drawing of the component, we define the processes to carried out according to its specific requirements.

We have machines for cutting and machining tubes and bars, both steel and aluminum, with diameters from 8mm to 120mm and lengths from 10mm to 1m.

We also have machines for cutting and machining aluminum profiles, with dimensions between 5x5mm to 410x200mm and lengths from 5mm to 500mm.

Also multi-spindle machines, CNC numerical control machines, CM machining centers, transfer machines, verification robots, etc.

For finishing processes we have washing machines, vibrating machines, rotofinish and shot blasting machines.
